Added Canned Ratatouille, so there's at least one Chef's Meal option for food preservation.

Reduced the amount of Charcoal and Carbon Nanotubes needed for Steel and Nanotube Steel by half. More realistic to how much carbon is needed vs metal when forging, and was also chewing through charcoal/carbon nanotubes too quickly making it difficult to keep up production, especially on Desertum and Alba where wood is sparse.

Slightly increased the amount of Charcoal produced from Wood from 15 to 20.

Lowered the time needed to produce Charcoal from Kerosene/Electric Furnaces from 6 to 4 hours. Now twice as fast as a ye olde Basic Furnace.

Added Charcoal to the Forge for those using NET.

Fixed the Steel and Nanotube Steel categories for the Forge, and adjusted their batch limit so they're capable of producing up to 200 of each resource.

Fixed the Saltpeter - Advanced Fermentation Barrel recipe from not unlocking, for those using NET.

Changed the CNC Automix recipe for Gunpowder to produce 100 instead of 70, with the ratio of materials needed to match.

Adjusted the "make until" numbers to match the baseline amount produced for a single batch for all recipes.

Adjusted the integrity of all weapons as they were kind of all over the place. Some broke quickly, some lasted forever with no real logic behind it. They're now standardized to the following:

Stone spears/Wooden clubs: 50 HP
Steel melee weapons/bows/T1 ballistics: 200 HP
T2 ballistics: 300HP
Nanosteel melee weapons/T3 ballistics: 400 HP
T4 ballistics: 750 HP

As a reference vanilla laser pikes have 500 HP.

Version 2.11-353

Changed the chili recipes to produce two instead of ten, so it maxes out at 10 with batch crafting. Was producing batches of 50 which was way too high.

Also changed the cook time from 4 hours of manual work to 1 hour of manual work and 2 hours of unattended cooking.
