Nerfed regeneration for overseer and Necromancer
Added more parts that can be melted by unsafe casting and neural shackle
nerfed necrotic healing when used on higher undead; Works the same when used on Undead and Champions, adds an additional 50 energy requirement for each overseer or necromancer inside the area. The ability now first uses 25 energy for the regular cast, then tries to separately heal each higher undead. if there are 2 of them in the area and enough energy/body parts to only heal 1, only 1 will get healed.
