Added Nano tech building unlocked via the nano tree tradition. Trait for species MAY be functional. Almost done with it

TODO : Add localisation for all unlocks from nano tree.

Fixed a bug that resulted in the Nano Machine trait only being obtained by taking nanotech 5 AFTER you finish nanotech, ergo making the trait impossible to get.

Cleaned up some brackets.
