Changed a lot in the custom class, you can browse npcs and change the keyvalues, bodygroups and others. This should make it a lot easier to make custom npcs! This was kind of a headache @_@
* THIS REQUIRES YOU TO RUN THE SERVER IN MULTIPLAYER WHEN EDITING
* OR KEEP YOUR GAME UNPAUSED WHILE EDITING CUSTOM NPCS


- Changed Custom Class Creating Menu:
(1) Added NPC Browsing which will autofill all available fields upon selecting an npc
(2) Added Keyvalues editing
(3) Added Skin editing
(4) Added Bodygroup editing
(5) Added Spawnflags editing



Baseclass name display was useless in the custom class:
- Removed the 2nd column of custom class list

Gman decided to give you his minions as he was satisfied with the scare he gave to you >:)
- Added the Void Custom npcs to the custom class list

Some fixes:
- Fixed Save Custom Class button not working sometimes

Had to do alot of changes to make it work, Now you can assign weapons to SM type npcs!
- Added a weapon entry for SM type NPCs. you may now assign specific weapons on SM type NPCs

QoL in editing/adding factions, should be much easier!
- In the list of Watched NPCs, Double Clicking will copy the selected entry and paste on the text entries for quick editing/replacing
- In the list of NPCs on the Star Levels, Double Clicking will quickly open an edit menu
- Added SM NPC browse when editing an entry in Star Level NPCs
- Added Weapon browse when editing an entry in Star Level NPCs


Other fixes:
- Fixed Config "Enable Notoriety" not persisting on map change/restart
- "Revert to Default Settings" will now grey out when player has notoriety (it was bypassing Persist Notorety config even if it was greyed out)

I have been trying to make it easier in adding npcs when making custom factions.
I turned the npc browse button (the one that you add on the star levels) to browse for "SM type" (SpawnMenu) npcs. SM NPCs that would spawn as if it were spawned in the SpawnMenu of gmod.
It would have SM_ at the start to indicate that it is the SpawnMenu type npcs.

They will be using their default weapons.

This was created if you want a faster and a quicker way to add npcs instead of relying solely to the custom npcs.

- Changed the way the npc browse (the one near star levels) fills up the text field. These npcs have SM_ at the start

I'm still trying to remake how the custom class will set up, but for now the model should stop giving errors (assuming it is the correct path you placed)

- Fixed Custom NPCs sometimes showing error

Okay okay you hate Wipey so much, how dare you!
- Added configuration: Enable Wipey the Dog
- Added Console Command: wblnot_notoriety_EnableWipey (Default set to 1)

I saw the DOOM DRGBASE NPCs and made me want to fix the DRG incompatibility :3
- DRGBase NPCs will now stop giving lua errors when they spawn/despawn. (I think it's compatible now!)

Added a Browse function for the sounds so you don't have to shuffle around file systems to find the right sound!
- Added a Browse function for sound text fields when creating/editing factions (Lag Warning)
