Fixed: Cargo containers were not connected to the vehicle's inventory after reloading.

* This fix calculates the height of shots fired from vehicle maps more accurately, making shots from vehicle maps more advantageous.

An issue was reported where pawns become world pawns during map transitions. While this has not been confirmed in practice, we have modified the behavior so that in such cases, the pawn is recovered and a warning is displayed.

In preparation for the VF update, a few patches have been changed to conditional.
