Added a config option to show Nicknames and Class names in the tooltips. It's off by default, if you want to use it set it to TRUE.

Fixed some typos and changed the spawn logic a little. Events will now be scheduled to spawn after picking up the monthly supplies, making contact with new regions and building radios (in addition to scanning POIs).

Important Bug Fix: The game will no longer generate Events for dead soldiers, in the case they died between the event being generated and the event being displayed.
