Fixed some typos and changed the spawn logic a little. Events will now be scheduled to spawn after picking up the monthly supplies, making contact with new regions and building radios (in addition to scanning POIs).

Important Bug Fix: The game will no longer generate Events for dead soldiers, in the case they died between the event being generated and the event being displayed.
