Finally balanced Kraal's Maneater Captain

Fixed/tweaked some skill effects:

  • Marius Leitdorf "Protectors of the Empire" missile dmg 0% -> 15%
  • Korhil "Cubs of Rahagra" weapon str 0% -> 25%
  • Gorfang Rotgut "Get 'em boyz!" melee def +0 -> +10, weapon str 12% -> 15%
