Some objects were misaligned for all this time.

Some more tweaks.

Tweaked the hangar basement a bit, added an extra red light at the bottom, a bottle, and made the floor platforms slightly longer.

For Outpost Overhaul building:
- Added a service ladder to the top roof;
- Filled the outside with 'ignore new blocks' markers in the editor to prevent collisions.
