Finished adding all classes. Infiltrator is now finish for now.
All classes need balancing still but they are all there.

Removed some leftover files descriptions from original

Made alot of modifications for covert inflitration and armor costs. Armors should now cost correctly more expensive in Legendary.

Alot of fixes, typos.
Added fool proof descriptions to armors in engineering that they can only be used by character with specific abilities.

Added Cyborg Operator, will get back to him later for reworking his tree to a more energy based tree.

Recombiled the code to work with highlander correctly, fixed the skills of nanosuit.
