Typo fixes

Fixed the biotic specs that weren't exclusive and moved biotic training to squaddie.

Just update some tags

Added some infiltration values for armors for LWOTC.
Added some lines also for xp distribution in LWOTC.

Some perks moved around.

Reworked the tree of Spartan to a more lore friendly logic.
Replacing swords with knives, this will both "nerf" him and keep more close to lore. Some more nerfing was done and removed his ability to shoot twice to also nerf him a bit.

Added support for the upcoming change of soldiers rewards mod.

Emergeny HOTFIX. Somehow in one update the files for rewards and resistance leaders got knocked out,

Typo fixes, Balance checks.
Removed Skirmisher strike from n7 training so not anyone gets it.
Added new n7 Fire Training perk.
Changed some weapons allowed as per requested.
Started nerfing classes. Spartan, Nanosuit and n7 soldier. (excluding devastator nerf)

Small fixes on weapons allowed and loadouts.
