Fixed being able of inputting values from 0 to negative and very high values (more than 100)

Added a config on C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Elin\BepInEx\config that you can edit to change the amount of vegetables, mushrooms and pasture given

Buffed Food Distribution to 10 vegetables, 10 mushroom and nerfed pasture production to 10 per day

Now vegetables, mushrooms and pasture are given per day and without the need of being on the same zone as farmers and gardeners
