Version 1.2

A small update to the Remnants to make them more unique and interesting to play.

- Added Pulsed Slipspace Shield Projectors, Type 2 Artillery, and Type 2 Slipspace Charge Weapon to the Remnant blockpalette. The Pulsed Slipspace Shield Projectors are moderate-strength, high-regen, and energy-expensive burst shields, the Type 2 Artillery is a very high damage cannon with an explosion radius of 1, best used for taking out shields, and the Type 2 Slipspace Charge weapon is a "teleporting" gun that warps an explosive payload at extreme velocity.

- Added the Melting Clock and Flying Net ships, plus a degraded version of the Melting Clock.

- Nerfed the Type 3 Prototype Missiles – now have a DEATHFEATURES cannon that deals up to a fixed amount of damage instead of ignoring your shields and killing you instantly with their MELEE

- Altered the Type 1 Missile Drones to fire missiles half as often and deal twice the damage; should help reduce the lag of the Precursors' central regions

Nerfed the thrusters slightly. Should now be less annoying to hunt down a Frigate Mk.1 or Fighter Mk.2 or other speedy craft without completely neutering their mobility.

Version 1.1.2

Implemented a new superweapon, the Type 1 Prototype Tractor Launcher. It deploys a shielded construct that tractors targets towards itself.
