Altered most weapons, generally increasing muzzle velocity of cannons and balancing the power consumption of the prototype superweapons and Proto-Sentinel weapons between each other. Weapons should now be more accurate when fighting faster and more agile targets, and the power consumption of the superweapons should now be more reasonable.

I balanced the Shining Crown's thrusters because they weren't balanced before. Also some other stuff I forgot.

Removed the Type 2 Scale 2 missile launcher from the Precursor Remnants it was erroneously present on (it is meant to be a Precursors-exclusive weapon). Also minor block balance changes I can't remember.
