-Separated the code into functions.
-Added a message for NPCs, "spawnNPCMech" that deploys a mech for the NPC.
-Added a message for NPCs, "despawnNPCMech" that demechs the NPC.
-NPCs temporarily store their own mech data if it was generated or set.
