A kind of proxycheck fail come back - switch to other method again

Changed the block info panel to display "Charging Power" instead of "Max Needed Power".
Fixed issues that occurred when the FSD was not on the main grid (e.g., connected via a connector on a trailer).

Improved collision detection techniques; however, the "proxy check fail" error may reappear as a result.

fixed an minor issue when switch sector and suddenly get ejected out of cockpit before switch

Started NexusV3 Seamless integration
- Clientside collection cleanup
- Sector switch while in camera
- Sector switch while in weapon view

"Proxycheck failed" is no more ignored. It will kick you out of warp.
Now let's find a proper fix.
