- Updated text description error where the steam core manufacture district's text is the same as the fusion core manufacture district
- Updated workforce change of laws to change workforce requirement of the district, not workforce for the city
- Reduced core production rate across the board to have a semblance of balance
- Increased workforce requirement for both districts for similar reasons as above
- Updated certain combos to give more accurate effects matching its description
- Updated laws to give more accurate effects matching its description

Fixed bug where the heating tab of the research tree is a duplicate of the resources tree.

Added 3 researches:
- Core Manufacturing District (requires generator level 2 upgrade)
- Fusion Cores (Progress): Higher heat demand
- Steam Cores (Adaptation): Higher material demand

- Core Workforce Law (requires manufacturing district)
- High Tech Workforce (Merit): Lower work force
- Mandatory Training (Equality): Higher work force, higher output

- Core Factory (requires workforce law)
- Precision Manufacturing Complex (Reason): Higher initial construction cost
- Artisanal Core Foundry (Tradition): Higher material demand

Added 8 core manufacturing combos for each of the 8 combinations of the 3 outcomes, each with its own unique effect. This will be triggered like other combination bonuses in game (i.e. biowaste hothouse + foraged additives), you may need to wait up to 50 weeks or so before the effect pop up appears.

If you want to spoil yourself, the effects are:
- Precision Fusion Engineering Complex (Progress + Merit + Reason), effect: reduced material demand
- Master Fusion Assembly Plant (Progress + Equality + Reason), effect: Higher production efficiency
- Master Fusion Craftworks (Progress + Merit + Tradition), effect: reduced heat demand
- People's Fusion Foundry (Progress + Equality + Tradition), effect: reduced tension
- Tesla's Engineering Center (Adaptation + Merit + Reason), effect: increased heatstamp income
- Automated Tesla Assembly Line (Adaptation + Equality + Reason), effect: reduced workforce requirement
- Tesla Heritage Workshop (Adaptation + Merit + Tradition), effect: reduced crime
- Community Steam Works (Adaptation + Equality + Tradition), effect: increased trust
