This mod is intended to be used as a basis for my custom scenario, Ashes of Tesla City, coming soon to the workshop, as such, the balance is not made with the main scenario or Utopia builder in mind (but they do all use this mod). In the future, this version of the mod will be rebalanced with the main game and Utopia builder mode in mind, so feel free to leave balance suggestions while you play.

That being said, here's the story:

Deep in the unexplored depths of Tesla City, your scouts discover scattered research notes from Tesla, and prototypes machinery used in his manufacturing process. These documents detail experimental improvements for steam core manufacturing, based upon Professor Hawkins' original design. With this discovery, your city now stands a chance to establish its own core production facility.

You as the Steward face an important choice: piece together his time-tested methods and restart his factories, or repurpose Tesla city's machinery, redesigning the cores to harness new power.

This is a mod that adds a way to produce cores, including a district, building and law. Your decision on Tesla's machinery will create the foundational principles for core manufacturing. Your decision on workforce lets you choose who will guide your city's core manufacturing. And your decision on factory design will let you decide on what will be its cost.
