-Npcs in coalition vessel and seperatist vessel missions are stronger, more accurate, and generally better equipped. Fear the recruit engineer with a pipe shotgun in his back pocket.

-Made disembark perks for single missions/PVP have more sensible loadouts and costs(eg. magazine-fed firearms actually have ammo, and you can't get 20 firearms for 4 people), and a few other changes.

*Don't expect much focus on single missions/PvP(unless someone actually asks me to), I mostly play campaign and just so happened to glance at single missions and noticed some broken stuff with it.

-Fixed FNE-SO X8 not slowing you down when aiming.

-added accuracy and recoil penalties for dual-wielding most one-handed firearms(similar to vanilla one-handed firearms).

-The above change does not affect accuracy or recoil when using a riot shield with said firearms(I may change this in a future update).

-Big guns and quickdraw talents for captain now reduce the above dual-wielding penalties, similar to how they work in vanilla. This makes the captain the de facto dual-wielding specialist.

-MS-45's recoil nerf from the previous update rolled back slightly to compensate for the above change.

-M19 Army is now one-handed.

-MS-45 and Broadsword are significantly rarer now(You shouldn't see them in every wreck and abandoned outpost).

-Most other .45 firearms are slightly rarer(but still fairly common).

-All 5.7 weapons are now one-handed and can be dual-wielded.

-Reduced accuracy of the 5.7 pistols so they can no longer land headshots as reliably at longer distances(they're pistols, not snipers!).

-MP-57KT's recoil buffed slightly at higher skill.

-Konjurin's Wrath is much rarer(as rare as the Broadsword and MS-45).

-Reduced the flak jacket's bitewound and organ damage resistances a bit. Taking damage from attacks that inflict deep tissue injury cause significantly reduced bleeding than other damage types.

I may or may not make .38 and .44 revolvers one-handed in a future update.

-Most light weapons slow you down a little less, and most heavy weapons slow you down a little more when aiming.

-Streamlined chamber pressure stabilizer attachment to reduce weapon firerate by 9%~ across all weapons.

-Streamlined improved bolt and double-action trigger to increase firerate by 25% across all weapons.

-Streamlined compensators to reduce recoil by 20% across all weapons.

-Streamlined barrel extensions to reduce initial spread by 20% across all weapons.

-Suppressor attachments now only reduce weapon sound range by 90% instead of 99%. Sight range is unchanged.

-Weapons with integrated suppressors had their sight and sound values changed to match weapons with suppressor attachements, which is a buff to most of them.

-Larger and higher caliber weapons weapons have significantly increased sound range and slightly increased sight range.

-The sound and sight changes only impact ai, players will still see and hear gunshots as normal.

-Booster Coil's 30% damage increase is now multiplicative rather than additive. This means weapons with a lower damage multiplier benefits less from it, and weapons with a higher damage multiplier benefits more.

-Chiappa charges slightly faster with booster coil than other weapons.

-M71 and M19 are now one-handed, allowing you to duelwield them, or use with a riot shield. Increased M71s recoil a little bit to keep it from being too strong at range.

-Dokaira Type-57 has a slower firerate at low skill, and a higher firerate at high skill.

-Fixed several issues with the R-23, and reduced its recoil a bit at high skill.

-Fixed the M600 not shooting slower with chamber pressure stabilizer.

-Increased the recoil of the MS-45 special significantly.

-Groza fires grenades slightly faster.

-Slightly increased firerate and reduced recoil of the Veles.

-Slightly reduced recoil of the Valkyrie.

-Increased accuracy of the AK-27MSU at high skill.

-MH-61's damage and firerate are slightly improved.

-HKE-90 and Para's firerate increased.

-M4-29 is more accurate.

-Increased recoil of M21.

-Increased Item and structure damage of 7.62 rounds significantly. Riot shields will no longer tank dozens of them.

-AAS now improves turret firerate, as does gunner's helmet and tactical observation helmet to a lesser degree.

I will probably tweak the attachments throughout the next week or two.

-Fixed not being able to craft 9x19 rounds when you have the recipe unlocked.
-Gave security the ability to craft 9x19 rounds with munitions expertise talent.
-Also gave them the ability to craft 5.56 rounds with rifleman talent
-Gave Captain the ability to craft .44 rounds with quickdraw talent.
-Fixed *some* of the descriptions for talents.

-Increased rarity of several high end weapons.
-Modified stun values of several armors, including adding the new "electroshock" afliction inflicted by batons and stunguns.
-Made firearms (almost) always have ammunition in them when you find them.

-merchant store prices streamlined for most items

-most firearms and ammunition should now only cost 20% more to purchase at an outpost compared to a military base rather than 60-100% more

-Ammunition is a bit more expensive in general to purchase

-MS-45 and Chiappa Model-44 costs significantly more and requires you to be a fair bit into the campaign to purchase
