Credits to Knarrenbluntz and heheboi for the original COR mod, and Battle Engineer for COR reloaded.

A heavy rebalance of COR Reloaded, changes to ammunition, mainly their penetration values, changes to firearms, varying from recoil to accuracy to firerate, armor value changes, rarity of various items, talents, etc. These changes were made with Neurotrauma in mind, which make human's more fragile, especially to headshots.

a lot of bug fixes and some rewriting of code, namely fixing 9x19 special ammunition varients not being usable, and the recoil of some firearms not recovering or having broken spread.

I will be playing a multiplayer campagin to test this, and will likely tweak things as we go, any feedback and suggestions are welcome.
