-Closed a bracket I forgot to close (-_-)

-Changed character creation costs to be vanilla friendly.
-Changed some of the buffs to be more vanilla-like. (Increased the prowess increase per level from 2 to 4. For some reason the 15th level of intelligence buffs were 35. Following the vanilla progression it should be 29 but I've made it 30 so it's more satisfying.)
Added unique names and descriptions for each trait.
-Minor bug fixes.
-Got rid of the wrong version warning!! (updated the version number)
