-Fixed bugs regarding AI and loading items (swapping items back and forth over and over, incorrect deistinations, etc.)

-Added an in-game config menu! Settings can be changed and applied without enabling/disabling the mod, and a lot of settings can be changed to your liking. I believe I set it up correctly for multiplayer servers to require a player to "ManageSettings" permission in order to be able to change the server config.

-Added idle replenishing of AI reloadable items. Right now this includes oxygen tanks and batteries within their inventory. If they get below a certain percentage and the bot is idling, they will seek out a replacement.

-Added periodic check for AI to put on any armor they have that they aren't currently wearing. This should help when the AI decides to take off a diving mask without putting a helmet back on.

Fixed issue where AI set to Recharge Batteries would get stuck when the mobilebattery is being charged in a battery without any charge
