The descriptions of the Wish perks now detail how mana is gained.
Overdrive is replaced by Magi Overclock, a custom perk that's essentially Overdrive with a mana cost.

Added Bladestorm to Fan of Blades.
Fan of Blades requires Bladestorm to be used, so this change ensures that Fan of Blades can always be used.
Since Bladestorm is now guaranteed with Fan of Blades, it was removed from the last Ability Deck. Otherwise Fortis Magi could get two copies of it.

Switched Momentum from being on the Wish perks instead of the Soulgem. Otherwise Momentum would only work if the Soulgem is equipped.

Fixed Pistol Dancer: It now properly replaces the Standard Pistol Shot and grants the Serial ability.
