Added no-foliage range to the Hub, Swamped Lab, Mud Town, and Tower of Fog.
-Fixed common boulder with too large of navmesh cutter.
-Reduced cluster size of a few trees (Thin Tree, Gunge Tree).

reverted the only piece of foliage I added to the ashlands, I am sure most of the issues folks are having are vanilla so this is a quickfix
