Updated v1.1: Added - Flats Lagoon, Black Scratch, Mongrel, Blister Hill, Stack, Catun, Black Desert City, The Fishing Village, Waystations.
Also just now noticed that in cities in which there is a Buyer after the transition of another faction of this NPS are deprived.
This has been fixed. (I'm not sure if it works correctly, post in the discussion if you notice bugs.)

Update v1.0: Added NPS Buyer, who has a lot of money, at the moment he is present in the cities: Admag, Heft, Heng, Shark, Sho-Battai, Skuin, Stoat, Hub, World's End.
