Added a Merchant NPS that has a lot of money, he is currently present in cities: Admag, Heft, Heng, Shark, Sho-Battai, Skuin, Stoat, Hub, World's End, Flats Lagoon, Black Scratch, Mongrel, Blister Hill, Stack, Catun, Black Desert City, The Fishing Village, Waystations, Bark, Bad Teeth, Brink, Spring, Mourn, Clownsteady, Flotsam Village, Drifter's Last.

Mind if it's possible to get a buyer in:
- Flats Lagoon
- Black Scratch
- Mongrel
- Blister Hill (HN and Flotsam)
- Stack (HN and Shek)
- Catun
- Black Desert City (preferably Skeleton if possible)
- The Fishing Village up north
- Some Waystations like the Gray Desert Waystation and the Hook Waystation

I just wanna say thanks for the great mod, helps me unload stuff I desperately need to sell. (Especially since I get a tendency to hoard crap)
