-fixed issue with turrets not getting the trait properly sometimes

*added custom name option, that will show instead of displayName
*guided munitions will be launched from longer distance
*ATGMs will look for known enemy vehicle targets to lock onto near the target position

-new engineer fortification option
*ammo cache, a small box of supplies, it holds 100 supply points and can be resupplied by Supply Vehicles.

-new addon option "Activate Quick Garrison"
*Uncheck this option to disable the quick garrison command and its interface elements.

-zeus player can now open the enemy group target menu on groups in their control list by hovering the group icon and pressing 'B'
*this function was added to assist in zeus curated operations

-improved the "Exec when objective is taken" option from the objective area module
*added a new parameter
*access parameters with:
*params ['_centerPosition','_currentSideOwner', '_lastSideOwner', '_unitsInsideArea', '_zeusList', '_logic'];

-new addon option "Kamikaze attack for all aircraft"
*Enable this option to allow all aircraft units to be able to use the kamikaze strike option instead of only UAVs.

*reduce distance to 300
*will only shoot air targets if they are flying very slowly or stationary

*new enemy target icon option 'kamikaze attack'
*click on this option with a UAV unit selected and it will fly towards the target position and strike it

*params ['_centerPosition','_currentSideOwner', '_lastSideOwner', '_unitsInsideArea', '_zeusList'];
or
*(_this # 0) == point position in format ASL; (_this # 1) == the side that just captured it; (_this # 2) == the side that previously owned it; (_this # 3) list of units inside the area; (_this # 4) list of Zeus (curator logic) that have controllable units inside the area.
