- greatly reduced sand storm damage
- heedless charger changes:
-- units will charge only units that are closer to them
-- units will not charge with their general in range
-- units will not charge if no allies are in range
-- units will not charge if tired or having low morale
-- unit charge only last 30 seconds and has a 15 seconds cooldown for a potential second charge

Agonist Campaign AI
- AI factions can now switch between defensive, offensive and passive behavior
- AI factions will colonize razed regions
- AI factions are more aggressive and decisive when moving towards their target

- AI forces will not be affected by desert attrition anymore in their owned provinces
- rebel forces will be immune to desertation attrition for 5 turns after them spawning
