⚖️ Up Special -
Banishment has been reworked. Before, when you used Up Special inside the field, you would grab your spiritual weapon, throw it and be left without pratfall and an additional Up Special. Now, when using Up Special inside the field, you will throw the hammer and be put into pratfall. However, now, you will be left without pratfall and an additional Up Special when landing the move on an opponent marked by the effect of your Neutral Special.
Projectile Base Hitpause: 8 > 10
Projectile Hitpause Scaling: .7 > .8
Projectile Angle: 70 > 45
Projectile BKB: 7 > 8
Projectile KBS: 0.8 > 0.9

Vale's air speed was reduced heavily very shortly before her release. This was more substantial than I had intended it to be, and as such I'll be dialing back that change.
