Update for 6.1:
-Replaced replenishment bonus with physical resist bonus in defensive battles
-Add Argwylon (Durthu) into a treeman sub-faction, since there's not many on the IM map
-Hid unused buildings for treeman sub-factions
-Fixed elf heroes and lords being recruitable
