Fix the bug that the game crashes when player has The Staff of Homa and HP drops below 50% in events.

Add 3 new characters: Hu Tao, Noelle and Nahida, they have different starter cards and relics, also have their own boss relics, and they have unique battle styles:

Hu Tao has high HP and benefits from losing HP;
Noelle can gain Strength if she has successfully defended all the damage;
Nahida is more fragile, but if she is powerful if proper element reactions are triggered.

What's more:
1.The Elemental Burst of Xiang Ling is slightly adjusted;
2.The Bind applied by the reaction between Dendro and Hdryo now is 2+2*EM (before was 4+2*EM)

Add two new cards of Yumemizuki Mizuki:

[Dreamdrifter]
Uncommon, 1 energy.
Discard your hand, for each discarded, add 1 Aisa Utamakura Pilgrimage into your hand.

[Aisa Utamakura Pilgrimage]
Special, 1 energy.
Ethereal , Exhaust. Deal 8 anemo damage, this card's base damage is boosted by 2x elemental mastery, and triggers anemo reaction that consumes 1 less attached element.

Fix the bug that the game crashes when the player gain the 3 newly added Boss relics. Now these 3 Boss relics will replace the effect of start relics instead, which means the start relics of the new characters will remain with no effect after you gain the corresponding relics.

1. Add 3 new characters: Keqing, Kamisato Ayaka, Sangonomiya Kokomi. They have different start decks and start relics, and boss relics that upgraded from the start relics. However they have the same card pool with Lumine.

Keqing's battle style is rapid charge and Elemental Burst;
Ayaka's battle style is intermittent high bursts;
Kokomi's battle style is high max HP and healing.

P.S. The 3 new characters draw 5 per turn (6 for Lumine), so Elemental Burst cards may be more disturbing when Charge isn't enough.

2. The Elemental Burst of Nahida now gives 4 Elemental Mastery if upgraded instead of 3.

1. Add the skill of Citlali, a rare card costs 1 energy, deal 3 Cry DMG, gain 3 Block and Vigor, boosted by Elemental Mastery, and the boost rate is increased with upgrade.

2. Now when the Element Attachment reaches 5 on an enemy, the enemy will lose 10% of its current HP.

3. Adjust the event relic [Gift from Ganyu], now it takes effect every 3 turns, and its counter won't turn 0 at the start of battle.

4. Upgrade some descriptions.

Add 4 events and corresponding relics, which are about Mona, Keqing, Ganyu and Ayaka. (Warning: ML & OOC)

Remove the cap of powers of all Summons, like Guoba, Auz, and Tamoto.

Memento Lens
When your turn ends, you can choose 2 cards at most to Retain.

Staff of Homa
When your HP is 50% below, gain 3 Strength , this buff will be removed when 50% above.

Favonius Sword
When use Attack, you have a 20% chance to gain 1 charge.

Key of Khaj-Nisut
Gain 10 MAX HP. At the start of battle, for every 40 MAX HP you have, gain 1 Elemental mastery.

Everlasting Moonglow
Gain 1 bonus healing. When use Attack, all enemies lose HP by amount of 5% of your MAX HP.

Amos' Bow
When use Attack that costs 2 or more, Exhaust it and add 1 copy into hand, which cost 1 before played in this turn.

Aqua Simulacra
Improve the damage of Attacks by 20%, expired if draw more than 10 in 1 turn.

Gift From Diona
At the start of battle, heal 6 HP, add 1 Dazed into draw pile.

1. Adjust the character picture of Lumine (Add feet, by Photoshop, rusty technique)

2. Rework of Klee's Elemental Skill, now it's Elemental Burst, exhaust ALL cards (include Hand, Draw Pile and Discard Pile), for each deal 5 DMG, and add Confinement Time into hand, which allows you spend 1 energy to restore the exhausted card.
