- Bots' hipfiring behavior reverted ONLY when they have a guard target

- Removed bots' behavior to not search for weapons when near enemies
- Bots will now roll to put out fire when melee fighting enemies EXCEPT when fighting fire-based enemies (like the fire imps in the ZombieNightmare survival map)

- Separated parts of the script into two update events in order to have a slower update interval for some behaviors and a faster update interval for quick behaviors (like blocking thrown weapons). This is to maximize optimization AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE as the script can still be laggy in bigger maps or with many players. This is the best I can do, but there may be smaller future updates that focus on optimization...

- Bots will have a slightly longer aim-to-shoot delay when firing near teammates to mitigate friendly fire

- Updated bots' sprinting behavior: bots will now always sprint when their energy level is above 20 and when they are not burning. Reverted condition where bots will not sprint when they have ranged weapons equipped.
