24-7-7 - add a up/down arrow to indicate each trade route level changing.
- add rate of that pops are below Minimum Expected for each state.
- add green icons for sorted columns of States Tab.

24-7-5 Market Tab can show both goods and trades now. (Warning text use small font) - v1.73

Notes:
Market Tab:
(1) Listed goods items would be controlled by the filters of market overview tab of Market Panel.
(2) The filters of market overview tab of Market Panel wouldn't work when this Market Tab is open. It will be fine after you close this Market Tab or this Spreadsheets window.
