- fixed bug with skill research in capital city from skill exchange (envoy) and empire size overwriting each other
- fixed bug with envoy officers being applied to AI merceanry brigades (was fixed before but only for player mercenaries)
- another quick fix for AI brigades from defensive task force staying on the map when the city is subject to an AI vs. AI conquest

- drill stance now accounts for champion officers, i.e. it now actually works if the birgade has a champion officer
- slave revolts have been tweaked: (a) the player brigades in the region of a possible revolt will now count with their recurits not just their units in discouraging the revolt, making heavier units more effective (2) the weighting for raider hoplite units to appear in a slave revolt has been somewhat reduced
- the officer upgrade scipt in the "more resilient AI" option has been slightly tweaked to more often roll the "fieldtactician" officer for infantry and the "marksman" officer for ranged units.

- game will now remember if sanitation or heathen temple have been built in a city before and not hand out a facion relation boost a second time when it's destroyed and built again
