- enhanced the script for forming a defensive leage in the "more resilient AI" option in that it will have two possible outcomes: (1) integrate the factions into a federation (status quo) and (2) form a real league of independent nations that have mutual alliances
- if a league is formed (i.e. outcome 2) and there is no existing truce between league leader and player, all league members will attack the player with their own armies independently
- refined the script for AI rejecting a truce in the "more resilient AI" option
