*Fixed Nod MLRS build requirements, now requires Temple of NOD instead of Advanced Guard Tower (NOD).
*Self repair objects now have icons for aircraft & units not cloaked that are repairing.
*Self healing objects now have icons for infantry not cloaked that are healing.
*Hospital now does area healing for infantry nearby, speed x3.
*Added Mobile Survival Unit - heals all objects nearby, speed x2.
*Added Field Surgeon - heals infantry, speed x1.
*Added Field Technician - heals units, speed x1.
*Added Mobile SAM unit Research Lab required (GDI & NOD).
*Added power pips for owner's and allies power plants when selected.

*Removed Hospital from nuclear explosion upon destruction.
*Fixed unable to sell mission structure (triple dome building).
*Updated Nuclear Specialist firepower and rate of fire to match RA.
