- Infernal Fusillade is modified so that Rubric Marines have 3 attacks when affected by both Rapid Fire and Infernal Fusillade (instead of 4) and still have 2 when only having either.

- Change Sniper trait (+100% dmg min 4 AP -> min 100 AP)
- This reduces damage by ~25% against 8 armor units (with 3+ HP) for most Snipers and is equivalent on 10 armor (with 3+ HP)
- This affects slightly more Skitarii Rangers due to higher base AP
- This makes Sniper a bit more dedicated to kill heroes or very high armour infantry
- Revert Devilfish changes (Move 5->4, Accuracy 8->6)
- Fix damage of Clawed Limbs (+50%)

- Fix Angelic Visage to behave exactly like Shield of Faith
- Fix Laud hailer not working for Angelic Visage.

- Fix R'varna Battlesuit damaging itself with Nova Electromagnetic Shockwave
- Fix conditions of several vehicle upgrades for Eldar to include Vyper.
- Fix condition of several upgrades to include Canoptek Reanimator.
- Include localization of Director's cut weapons.

- Reduced Poxwalkers group size from 10 to 7, and reduced their value from 1.5 to 1.

- Reduce T'au Builder drones cost by one tier (20 ore, 20 energy, 36 production => 15 ore, 15 energy, 30 production)
- Fix a bug with Dark Reapers not fully ignoring Skilled Jink ranged damage reduction.
- Fix a bug where Ignores Cover, Sightless Helm, Networked Markerlight, Linebreaker Bombardment, Omniscope and Nebuloscope didn't properly ignore all ranged damage reduction.*

*: Note that they still don't, but they now ignore 999% ranged damage reduction, while the maximum reachable without additional mods or cheating is ~200%.
