* Optimized the script's block detection logic for improved performance during game load by using a more efficient data structure.
* The script now handles SubtypeIDs from the CustomWindowIds.txt file in a case-insensitive manner, improving robustness.
* Simplified the internal script logic for checking existing WeaponCore armor definitions for better readability and maintenance.
