- Removed "Bertrand and the survivors of Bergerac"

- Added "Bertrand and the survivors of Bergerac (sub-mod for Mixer)"
- Added "MIxer - Mixu's unlocker"

While not directly in the required mods list previously Mixer was still necessary due to the nature of the compilation and the mods contained within, this makes it clear that it is a requirement to use the compilation properly.
And though "Bertrand and the survivors of Bergerac" did add it's new units, heroes, and lords even with Mixer enabled, it would render the faction unavailable, this change to the Mixer compatible version allows them to be played.

I will continue to support "Bertrand and the survivors of Bergerac" as it's own standalone pack but it will no longer be contained within this collection.
