Added icon.

Removed the Charger's ability to grab then sprint, now the Charger will always proceed to pound the survivors rather than running away; he staggers all Survivors in proximity, dealing 2 damage like his wall impact damage.

Grabbing a Survivor or not, the Charger's impact damage will always apply.

Fixed a highly obscure bug where the Charger wouldn't be able to to climb surfaces, this one was very hard to notice; had to try Versus personally.

Removed the incremental damage entirely, for balancing reasons; there still left overs of such code there.

Added proper Versus/Scavenge compatibility.

Nerfed Charger damage:

EASY: 5 --> 2
NORMAL: 5 --> 4
ADVANCED: 10 --> 2
EXPERT: 20 --> 8

Added extra criteria checks for the grabbing so the Charger's behavior should be less silly, i decided to nerf the grabbing damage as it essentially stacks up with the collision 'n everything.

The Charger should only grab players that have more than 50 hp, to miminize issues as well; being an increase from 40.

I'll likely release a pummeler variation - feels like the beta charger - and that one will have completely unrestricted grabbing; he'll be always able to grab you, no matter your hp.
