1. Fixed the Konquata region effect issue.

2. Upgraded Konquata into a special settlement.

3. Adjusted the "Geomantic Nexus" ability to apply to the entire settlement.

-The "Geomantic Nexus" ability is a vanilla force ability originally present in Warhammer 2
-Many players are unaware of this feature due to a bug that causes the ability to disappear when transitioning to Part 3.
-Therefore, settlements in Hexoatl, Itza, and Konquata can now use this ability to protect the entire region.
