Bomb Condenser: added to treasure and devil item pools, now has offensive tag so that Tainted Lost can find it.
Marginal Bomb: fixed troll bombs converting into giga bombs.

Fixed incorrect RegisterMod ("Emperor's Treasure", 1) for GBIP = RegisterMod ("Giga Bomb Item Pack", 1), didn't notice since I had Emperor's Treasure on.

Fixed Marginal Bomb converting bomb pickups into giga bombs when re-entering a room by checking sprite for appearing animation.
