Giga Bomb Item Pack

Adds a new trinket, and an active item to the shop, bomb bum, treasure and devil item pools.

Marginal Bomb trinket gives bomb pickups a 10% chance to turn into giga bombs.

Bomb Condenser active converts 3 bombs into a giga bomb. At less than 3 bombs converts a key into a bomb. Gives 3 bombs.

Giga bomb pickups are far too rare so I'm adding more ways to acquire them.
