Meta Data Changes

• Renamed level pack internally:
  "Apogee FTP Comm-Bat Levels" -> "RoTT DIP Extra Comm-Bat Levels"
  (For consistency with the Steam Workshop listing.)
  
• Slightly modified the Campaign Description:
  Old: "Every single level released non-commercially through FTPs or BBSes.\n\nCompiled by Jo Li KMC."
  New: "Every single level released by DIP freely through FTPs or BBSes.\nCompiled by Jo Li KMC for use with RoTT:LE."
  (Irrelevant for Comm-Bat™ Mode.)
  
• Removed the "Secret" flag, "Boss" flag, and Campaign intro from maps that had them
  (Irrelevant for Comm-Bat™ Mode.)
