Major British Flavor Overhaul & Music Pack — Rule Britannia!

Added 38 new flavor journals and 100 new flavor events for the United Kingdom

Added 10 new flavor decisions for the United Kingdom, while Russia also received 1 decision and a journal linked to Britain

Added 10 unique music packs, containing over 200 wonderful historical songs and oil painting-style covers

Added 8 new general flavor journals and 24 new general flavor events related to the labor movement, economic crises, and Yellow River management

Added a rule toggle button for the Berlin Conference

Other updates:
  • Added 10 new terrain traits in China and the Korean Peninsula.

  • Added the "Canadian Taiga" trait to most provinces in Canada.

  • Province traits now have a direct impact on the military and affect the maximum number of construction sectors in the area.

  • Added Russian localization for Japanese flavor journals and events.

  • Adjusted farmland distribution to better reflect reality, such as increasing farmland in South America, Ukraine, and Nigeria, while reducing it in Siberia.

  • Fixed dozens of known bugs, such as Russia being able to easily sign the Treaty of Aigun.

  • Fixed several errors that could cause desynchronization or lag in multiplayer.

Added several new natural harbors to Africa, Qing, the Americas, the UK, and Southern Europe.

Fixed an issue that prevented the investment pool from functioning properly.

If no bug reports are received, this will be the final update before the UK rework.

Made it so that the "Seikanron" journal will no longer disappear if Korea does not exist.

Adjusted the logic of "Beacon of Liberty" so that it can be activated once every 5 years without restriction only while the total U.S. population is below 130M; once the population exceeds 130M, it will require 10 years before it can be activated again.

Fixed an issue that caused investment logic to function incorrectly.

Adapted the new content to the English localization.
