smth smth npc grapples show weapons while being grabbed

for anyone that can or will help though, i do need help with calculating a value for npc grapples, because for a while their cycle has had to be a specific number that is somehow defined for each animation for it to be synced, but this has to be really calculated with a proper formula such that it produces a value near 900 for grab_legionc (9.2 seconds ingame) and a value near 30 for grab_cgrab41 (1.9 seconds ingame)
i dont know what to do about this and i am lost :(

new melee: spear remake
added animation data for fists to fix it for npc grapples and rid of timers
gauntlets' wall detection improved
big internal changes and whatnot

ISC on steam reported, apparently getsvanim returns nil and that causes some garbage to error around
