more cleanup
blocking with fists/counter sword doesnt protect you from behind anymore
fists correctly stun and not deflect bullets
fists' M2 hit has a working sound now
turret doesnt leave you in a permanent first person state after holstering it

cleanup of this addon's original purpose
fixed fists playing missing sounds
blocking actually works now
