new legion move, bug fixes perhaps

fixed 2 bugs reported by gm_Redlerman16 (related to claymore and monster)
addition to legion, some weapon changes for balance, whatnot

major changes to how animations are handled and some bugfixes, planning to switch networking to NW2 next update

alot of older weapons (claymore, counter sword, metallic fists, spear) are planned to be reworked. for now the claymore is in the works, you can check it out with "failedexp_giveunfinishedwep 2" in the console as an admin/owner
