- Dyson Sphere no longer can be built separately
- Star Heaver and Dyson Computer added
- Matrioshka Brain no longer gives bonus for mining deposits
- Star Lifter no longer gives bonus for research deposits
- Habitats can now be built in systems with other megastructures
- Habitat orbitals will automatically be reset after building a megastructure on the planet they orbit
- This lets habitat orbitals gather resources from planets they might otherwise not be able to as well as allows the orbital to continue gathering the resource without needing to reload the save
- Removed Ascension specific industrial and refinery upgrades
- Nerfed Biomass Reconstitution civic to -50% alloy cost and +150% food cost
