- Converted all modded megas BASE upkeeps to trade exclusively
- Converted all vanilla BASE upkeeps to trade exclusively
- Megastructure trade costs scale based on the amount of systems that have at least 1 megastructure in them
- Trade upkeep scaling is decreased based on how many systems have a hyper relay or gateway present
- Orbital Arcology housing bonus adjusted to 8000 to match 4.0 scaling
- Added System tooltip to track current megastructure trade upkeep increases
- Added habitat removal decision for uncolonized habitats

- Megastructure output increasing tech now uses scripted modifiers instead of triggered production
- Changed several megastructures view images
- Star Lifter is now a Dyson swarm upgrade
- Star Lifter now behaves similar to the Matrioshka Brain except it further increases Star mining station output and adds 1 mineral deposit to the Star
- Reduced Matrioshka Virtual Pop workforce modifier to 10%
- Added Matrioshka Virtual Pop workforce modifier to virtual pops created through Synthetic Ascension
- Added a vanilla overwrite for the event cybernetics.5046 to add a custom virtual trait that gains pop group efficiency from matrioshka brains
- Added Orbital Cloning Vats upgrade option to Orbital Industrial Station for empires that complete the Biogenesis Ascension tree
- Orbital Cloning Vats provide +1% Organic Pop Assembly Speed for a 30 food (minerals for lithoid) and 10 society research upkeep
- Added Orbital Assembly Plant upgrade option to Orbital Industrial Station for empires that complete the Synthetics tree
- Orbital Assembly Plant provides a +1% Mechanical Pop assembly for 10 alloys & 10 engineering research
- Added Orbital Cybernetics Factory upgrade option to Orbital Industrial Station for empires that complete the Cybernetics tree
- Orbital Cybernetics Factory provides +1% organic Pop assembly for 10 alloys & 10 engineering research
- Added Orbital Nanite Plant upgrade option to Orbital Industrial Station for empires that complete the nano technology tree

- Add Living Metal production option to orbital refinery for empires that complete the modularity tree

- Fixed vanilla bug where multiple ruined orbital rings in one system will spawn a normal orbital ring twice on one planet
- Add Orbital Construction Ring megastructure that can upgrade into Orbital Ring, Orbital Anchorage Ring, and Orbital Arcology Ring.

- Changed several megastructure planet view images
- Edited the User Interface to allow for multi branching megastructure upgrades
- Added the Matrioshka Brain as a Dyson Swarm Upgrade option
- Removed refinery menu event and replaced it with three branching upgrades
- Added an overwrite for virtual pop efficiency to gain bonuses from fully upgraded Matrioshka Brains
- Removed the game start menu and created a separate mod for defense platform disabling
- Further tuned AI build cooldowns
